I will be entering my first year of the Clinical Psychology program and I am thrilled to be joining the Couples and Sexual Health Laboratory. I grew up in Mississauga, Ontario and received my Honours Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Toronto. Prior to starting the program, I was a laboratory manager at the University of Toronto and research assistant at the Hospital for Sick Children. These experiences shaped my current research and clinical interests in chronic pain, health, and interpersonal relationships. My research aims to examine the biopsychosocial predictors and outcomes of genito-pelvic pain, especially in pregnancy and postpartum. By further understanding the etiology and consequences of this pain condition, I hope to develop and refine interventions that will enhance the lives of women and their families. Outside of the lab, I enjoy singing and being active.
